After 5 years of running the Deep Calm course live via Zoom I've finally created a pre-recorded video version. Over the last few years it's become clear that the live course dates and times can't work for everyone. The technique 


On this course you will discover an ancient meditation technique that originates from the Himalayas in India. It's famous for triggering deep relaxation, stress release, emotional processing and a tangible sense of deep inner stillness and silence.

This practise involves learning how to effortlessly bring to mind a soothing sound with a vibrational quality, known as a mantra. The mantra isn't an affirmation to be focussed on or contemplated.
