There has been a before and after this course. I have been struggling to meditate consistently for the past 2 years (work, 2 primary school aged children etc.). Jimmys course has offered me several ways to meditate and one has specially sticked to me (finally!), so that I have started to experience small advances such as some insights on how the mind works.
